Demand Intelligence.

Read the demand.

Search volume told you what people typed. Demand Intelligence is the system that tells you what your buyers actually ask AI — and which questions are yours to win.

Why this system exists

Your buyers changed the question. Nobody told your content plan.

ORL Demand Intelligence is a conversation-demand system for any company buyers research with AI. Buyers ask assistants longer, more decisive questions than they ever typed into search — about risk, timing and comparisons — and no keyword tool records them. Demand Intelligence maps that question space, tracks how phrasings rise and fall monthly, and flags the questions where a specific, well-sourced answer can win.

0

search volume registered for most of the questions that actually decide a purchase in your category.

People ask assistants things they never typed into a search box — whether now is the right time, what could go wrong, which option fits their exact situation. Those conversations form the shortlist, and they are invisible to every keyword tool. The result: content calendars aimed at last year’s queries while the real demand moves somewhere nobody is measuring.

  • 100M+people search with AI every day
  • 4–6×longer than search queries — the phrasing carries the intent
  • ~5question shapes decide most categories: compare, best-for, risk, mechanics, timing

How the system runs

Not a campaign. A loop.

01

Map the question space

From your enquiry text, support threads and systematic engine sampling, we build the definitive map of what buyers ask AI in your category — sorted by shape and intent, not by keyword.

02

Track the movement

Monthly re-sampling across the map. Which questions grew, which phrasings replaced which, where intent sharpened — a demand trendline for conversations instead of queries.

03

Flag the winnable

Every question where the current answer is thin, generic or wrong gets flagged and ranked: how much intent it carries, who holds the citation today, and what a winning answer needs to contain.

04

Brief the response

Each month closes with a prioritized brief — the questions to answer next, the evidence each answer needs, and the sources worth pursuing. Your content plan, pointed at live demand.

↻ Step four feeds step one. The system compounds; a campaign would end here.

Installed, not rented

Fire us. Keep the system.

The difference between a service and an installation is what exists the day after the engagement ends. Here is what stays:

  • The category question map and its monthly history
  • The phrasing and intent trend dashboards
  • The unclaimed-question register, ranked by intent
  • Every monthly brief written from the data

What gets installed

The build sheet.

  • Category question map across the five intent shapes
  • Monthly demand trend report
  • Unclaimed-question register with win requirements
  • Phrasing-shift alerts when the market moves
  • Quarterly question-space review with leadership
  • Content brief per winnable question

The only report that matters

24 Winnable questions identified

Questions your buyers ask AI where the current answer is thin, generic or wrong — and where a specific, well-sourced answer can take the citation. Flagged monthly, ranked by intent.

Before you ask

Demand Intelligence questions.

Why isn’t search volume enough anymore?

Keyword tools record what people typed into a search box, compressed to two or four words. Conversational questions are longer, more specific, and frequently about deciding rather than finding — risk, timing, trust, what-if. The highest-intent questions in most categories now register zero search volume, so the instrument that guided your content is blind exactly where the decision happens.

Where does the question data come from?

Three places, triangulated: your own enquiry and support text, which records how your buyers phrase things unprompted; systematic monthly sampling of the major engines across your category’s question space; and the phrasing patterns that appear inside AI answers themselves, which reflect what engines are being asked.

What does a rising phrasing tell us?

That the market is changing how it decides. When "best X" declines and "is X worth it right now" rises, buyers have moved from comparing options to questioning timing — and the brands answering the old question keep winning less of the conversation each month. Catching the shift early is the entire advantage.

What is an unclaimed question?

A question buyers ask where no brand has published a specific, citable answer — so engines assemble a reply from thin, generic material. Unclaimed questions are the cheapest visibility available in your category: the first specific, well-sourced answer tends to hold the citation for a long time.

How is this different from the Visibility system?

Visibility is accountable for being inside today’s answers. Demand Intelligence watches how the questions themselves move — volume, phrasing, intent — so next quarter’s content answers next quarter’s questions. One system wins the present; the other keeps you from optimizing for a conversation that is ending.

What do we keep if the engagement ends?

The category question map with its full monthly history, the trend dashboards, the unclaimed-question register, and every brief written from them. The instrument is yours — the readings continue to be comparable even if you run them yourself.

Capped, because reading demand takes attention.

Demand Intelligence runs deep monthly sampling per category, and quality degrades if we spread it thin. Seats are limited; the waitlist gets the category scan first so you can see the question space before committing.
